As anyone who visits my site can see, I’m really into beer. Out of all the things in my life that I love the most, beer is what I choose to write about, but it does come with a downside. Hangovers and the negative health consequences of drinking too much are something I struggle with on a routine basis. Even though I wish it were different, sometimes that isn’t how it always goes.
Today I’m going to share a few nootropics, which are different plant and herbal extracts in addition to synthetic compounds, that can help to improve how we feel after a night of too much drinking.
