In Cans:
- Amber Ale - Our hoppiest beer, this Amber would probably qualify as an IPA in any other part of the country – here in the PNW it’s just an amber… Marris Otter and Crystal Malts, Summit, Sovereign, Galena, and Galaxy Hops.
- Saison - Simple beer, complex taste and aroma. A special yeast and unique fermentation profile give this beer hints of coriander, orange peel, and maybe a bit of pepper. Castle Malting Pilsner Malt and Golding Hops, no spices added.
In Kegs:
- Regimental Scottish Blonde - A counterpoint to the hop-heavy beers that have been so popular, Regimental is all about the malt. Marris Otter Malt and a touch of Golding Hops.
- Cast Iron Stout - A nice dry stout you won’t need a fork to drink, but still enough body to warm you up on these cold Seattle days. Marris Otter and Black Malts, Golding Hops.
- Hils Pils - A proper continental pilsner, no corn involved. Castle Malting Pilsner Malt and Czech Saaz Hops.
- Unobtanium IPA – The finest Northwest IPA you’ve never had. The recipe is super secret. So secret, even the brewmaster doesn’t know what he’s brewing. That’s why it’s unobtainable!
